Chippewa's Cooking Club meets once a month after school to create easy, fun and healthy recipes.
Teacher Jincey Abraham, who leads the club, said for the month of October the students made three different types of french toast roll-ups - banana, strawberry and cinnamon.
Ms. Abraham divided the students into several small groups to complete different parts of the recipe.
Some students had to flatten and cut the edges off of the bread.
Others had to crack eggs to dip the french toast in.
Some students had the task of cutting up the fruit.
One the bread was rolled up, they were cooked on the stove.
All of the students had the chance to try the french toast roll-ups when they were done.
It was a fun, simple and tasty breakfast treat!
