Student's made dog tug toys to benefit the Anti-cruelty Society. Placemats to benefit Meals on Wheels.
They also made Get Well Cards for hospitalized kids. Painted pots and flowers for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
This connected with their 3rd quarter ELA curriculum that relates to life experiences and values. The main purpose was to connect with the community and promote the school mission of spreading kindness.
